This is my first experience having a company detail my car. The process was smooth and easy. Lydia, the young lady at the front desk was very personable, professional, and accommodating. I had an interior, exterior, and a PPF removal for my car. I would say my biggest concern was the PPF removal because it’s a time-consuming job and there’s always a chance that the clear-coat will be damaged during the PPF removal process. Lydia made me aware that this was a possibility. I was willing to take the chance because the PPF looked awful with an obvious dirt line going across the hood of my car. I was very pleased when I picked my car up to see not only that the PPF was removed, but there was no damage to the clear-coat and you can’t even tell that there was a PPF there. The guys did a fantastic job. The whole outside of the car looks shiny and clean! They also cleaned the inside and again they did a fantastic job! All of the hair, dust, and crumbs in little creases that are impossible to get to were all gone! I can’t stress enough how pleased I am with their work. With all of the work I wanted done, I thought maybe they might need an extra day to complete the cleaning. I dropped the car off in the morning and they had everything done by mid afternoon. I would highly recommend the Detail Pro Shop If you’re looking to have your car professionally cleaned. All of their staff are extremely nice and approachable, their work is thorough and timely and pricing is reasonable. Give them a call!
